Dude there is zero chance TB does that as is. If they were willing and able to do pay Goodie that he'd been wearing blue and white already.

Ranger fans got used to teams doing them a favor and taking their bad contracts....not only will no one pay to take on Goodrow, but the price might be too high for someone to eat those four remaining years.

A playoff team likely doesn't have the salary and would probably prefer to spend that money on the top 6 in a tough cap era. If you aren't a playoff team....why would you want a Goodrow without getting paid handsomely to take him? And then comes in the pesky NTC where Goodrow could say no to many of those teams even willing to eat the deal.
