Description

Point of this is to see if Boston couldve tried to keep Hall and ice a competitive roster next szn, while keeping the goalie tandem

I just dont see how they couldve made it work with their cap crunch, theyd have to move another big piece or 2 such as Grz/JD/Freddy/Sway/Ullmark/maybe Coyle if Bergy comes back

Freddy and Sway deals are pretty team friendly IMO, both should get a bit more. Also this scenario doesnt involve Bergeron coming back and its still over the cap, even if they undo the Geekie + JVR signings.

Rather than creating multiple holes elsewhere (trading Grz - top 4LD, trading Sway/Ullmark - 1G, Coyle/JD - probably a top 6 player next szn) Boston decided to part w Hall, who had the biggest cap hit and became a cap casualty

Looks like you're over the cap by about one Swayman, and still needed to dump Forbort.
