I dont think any of those teams accept those offers. Without even looking at the unrealistic UFA offers or the lack of waiver exempt players, or 19 skaters....

Take the CGY one for example, Zadorov at 33% retention gets an older player CGY doesn;t really want, at a position they dont need, saves them only 600 k, they get a pretty valueless undrafted free agent, low level prospect who already left North America and went back to Russia, and a 3rd? What is in that deal that they'd want/need other than the 3rd, which probably is enough for the retention but not the player.

Easy pass from Seattle. Brodie's just a more expensive version than what they already have signed, on the wrong side of 32, and they don't have cap space for him.
