FOUR serviceable, young-ish and affordable quality bottom 6/bottom pairing guys

for

a 2LD, a 3C and a 4C

seems like a lot

I did give up a lot but I think I came out with a for sure playoff team.

I don;t know, sure Pelech is an upgrade, but not sure a 3C and a 4C at THAT PRICE makes sense.

For instance, for a portion of what you've given up you could acquire better. For 2/3rds of that offer you could get Sanheim, Laughton and Frost from PHI (Sanheim isn;t Pelech but Laughton and Frost are), or from CGY you could get Hanifan, Lindblom and Dube, etc....
