I thnk rangers likely pass as that 2.3 million retain hurts them and trading Laf for Turbo isn’t a good idea

What do you think you are doing? Rangers are giving up their captain and former 1st overall selection for 2 rentals and a late 1st… That’s delusional. Remove the retention on trouba and it’s still a no deal. Carolina would accept in a heartbeat though
