The WORST thing that this team could do at the TDL this year, even if we are a .600 team, would be to buy. This would have them with 79 pts and on track for 100, that’s a playoff team but not much more.

Essentially, we would trade Myers retained for bear and a 2nd, and then retain on beauviller to get a 2nd as well.

In the end I dont think Garland will be moved, I think he will end up just staying put and being a good player for us. I think this team can make the playoffs, but the point of this ACGM is to show that the last thing that we should think about this TDL is buying. We are not in the position to buy, we dont have the assets, if we are looking like a 100 point team Pettersson will stay, and if we can sell to him that this team would be better off, and that if we start looking at next year, we will be able to start contending. We are going to start seeing the fruit of drafting and developing under this regime pay off, Lekkerimaki, Willander, Raty and McDonough should all be making the steps to be everyday players, the cap will be going up, and we can start talking about a cup and not playoffs.
