No way the Isles or Hawks do either of these things. That is not nearly enough for Brock Nelson. CHI isn't trading assets for 3rd pairing D men this year.

And the worse that they perform this season, the higher their pick will be. I don't think they are actively tanking (anymore), but they don't mind losing and seeing what they have in their young guys. They are more interested in drafting and developing than they are winning right now.
