How does Quinn have a job.

Quinn has a rough job! This is like you boss asking you to run the next project, except 15% of your budget is allocated to other projects(burns Karlsson retention plus Jones and Balcers buy outs) another 15% is allocated to the bosses son who will do nothing but drag you down (Hoffman and Vlasic) 12% of your team and you team leader are out sick(Barabanov Couture Granlund Etc) and 2/3 of rest of the guys on your team are cast off from other projects.

On top of this You have to compete with the best teams in the company for funding and with this group! It’s not going to work out well for you.

He is trying to figure out something that works but you can’t fault Quinn this is pretty much scorched earth and we’ve got up against the best teams from last year night after night, why couldn’t the schedule give us 1 of Montreal Anaheim or Chicago to start the season!

Bord got sent down. He kills youth development.
He sucked last year too.

I get that he's got a pile of crap to work with, but he's shot himself too many times.

Bords also wasn’t helping and you could see his confidence erode. He needed to get sent dow TBH
