Quake, where did you hear Tre say this? What interview? Have not heard this?

If you want to increase goal scoring you need to make a few line changes...

Put JH and Ferland on the 2nd line with Bennett - a sheltered and protected JH should produce more and could help Bennett have the breakout season we are all hoping for...

That would leave Tkachuk and Versteeg to play top line with Mony. Tkuchuk should pair really well with Mony, might want to give a couple of the kids a shot at that RW spot - or even Bennett on his off wing? Then Janko can center JH and Ferland... Janko is 6'4" but heard him refereed to as 6'5" the other day - error or has he grown? Either way thats a big body to open up ice and protect JH.

Finally you have the D. We have Gio and Hamilton as the number 1 pair... Gio's goal production way down... Why? BECAUSE Hamilton got all the shots on net... Even though Gio's shooting % is better. Why? Because Gio is the CAPTAIN and plays a selfless game - he is also a great set up guy... Move TJ to play with Hamilton - Hamilton will get even more shots as TJ isn't a point shooter... Scores when he joins the rush! Also a great set up guy! Then Gio can play with Hamonic or Stone... And he can get set up! Scoring issue fixed!

Seriously? Where you going to play him? RW with JH? Trying to make the smallest line in NHL history? We have a logjam at C so no room for him there?

Perhaps you should watch reruns of Game of Thrones and leave the armchair GMing to those of us that live in the real world...
