If you dont look at any context sure. But you are taking away the sharks last retention slot (adds value), and Blackwood is looking like he has a real future here (adds value), and you are a direct rival (adds value), dumping copley (neutral), and giving a us a player that we dont need that will take up a roster spot we dont have (adds value)
