Ideally I would like to see the room cleared out a bit first. Get some of the miserable people out of there and open up some roster slots for him.

Right now it's just a constant shuffle trying to get guys going. Dube, Mang, Lindholm, Yegor not to mention Huby.

Backlund needs to take Huby under his wing and fix him. He needs to become that guys best buddy and help him get out of this funk.

I think they need to make a special fourth line for those two, that we use sparingly and situationaly, getting Huby out for easy wins building him back up.

Whatever they do with him, guys can't be losing ice time to him anymore, everyones performing better but they're getting buried because we need to get this guy going.

Dube’s the first guy I’d move and ideally in a trade for a 3RD. Love Dube, but I’m tired of standing up for him saying he’s gonna break out and be the 20+ Goal Scorer/50+ Point Producer he should and we need him to be

He’s not as Good Defensively as Yegor and not as cheap as Duehr or Greer. He should have more Trade Value then them too and Dube is quickly becoming expendable, especially since he’ll want a raise and we clearly have replacement players in Pelletier, Honzek, Klapka, Coronato and Schwindt (even MEP & Ben Jones) coming up next season

Huberdeau definitely needs to be moved down the lineup with preferably Backlund or Sharongovich as his Centre, but I can’t justify taking him off the PP since how else are we going to get his confidence back up!?

Speaking of the PP, which has been absolutely brutal, I’ve added a new idea and style

PP#1 can remain the Skill and Cycle Style, but I’ve demoted Andersson and made Hanifin and Huberdeau the QBs to a) Help Increaae Hanifin’s Trade Value and b) Instruct Huberdeau to take more Shots from the Right Side until his Passing Lanes open back up. He’s just WAY too predictable right now, everyone knows he isn’t going to shoot, so change that and if he refuses to shoot more, take him off the PP altogether in favour of Dube, RuIcka, Pospisil or Sharangovich who willl

PP#2 is more of a Kamikaze Scramble Style that simply puts shots on net from anywhere and everywhere with Big-Z hunkered down right in from or the net, using his Big Body and Long Reach to Screen the Goalie, Deflect Shots and either Muscle the Puck in to the Net or back to his Teammates to try again

Big-Z would also reap absolute havoc on the Goalie, not to mention our opponents each time either the Goalie Saves or the Puck Goes Out of Play with Baited Face Washes, Scrums and so on. He should not only rattle the goalie, but also frustrate our opponents to hopefully draw additional penalties doing this as well

I’d have our strongest puck retrievers and protectors on the PP#2 Wings = Mangiapane, Backlund, Coleman, Posipisil, Dube and Sharangovich to snipe in any rebounds or retrieve the puck and get it back to the point for the next shot

Thoughts on Big-Z becoming a fixture on the PP in front of the net!? He deserves some PP time, but I just don’t trust him enough at the point to prevent giving up Short Handed opportunities the other way

My concern would be who's playing defense after the PP.

I'd like to keep Andersson happy, if there's any possibility of a quick turn around he'll likely be a part of it.

Andersson stays on and wasn’t removed from the PP, if anything him getting the Green Light to put more pucks on Net from the Point should benefit him the same way it should Huberdeau

There’s not a ton of energy exerted on the PP by standing in front of the net or at the points either, so not sure how that would affect any of them Defensively afterwards

It sounds fun, definitely cause some choas. Can't be worse than what we're doing.

Our special teams realy sums up the team as a whole, we're capable of locking down leads but incapable of taking leads.
