Yes, that’s understood, but it still goes a long way to creating confidence for guys who desperately needed it, specifically Lindholm & Huberdeau
I’m not as pessimistic and believe a couple moves could get us where we need. That said, I’m ready to move on from Lindholm, Hanifin and Tanev and if it makes sense, Backlund, Sharangovich, Dube and Vladar or Markstrom
We need to make our Forward Core Younger, move anybody not committed too or wanting to be a Flame and to Cash-In on Tanev while we can
Sharangovich doesn’t play with enough emotion for my liking, nor does Ruzicka for that matter, but at least he’s getting better that way and unlike Sharangovich, he’s cheap
Dube’s getting to be more and more expendable, but I like him on a line with Mangiapane, so let’s keep that going and see where that goes. If Dube doesn’t get moved till the off-season, fine, but if it makes sense to move Dube for a Pending UFA + late Pick/Prospect during the season, so be it. We have more guys on the Wranglers ready to show what they got
Thoughts on DeSimone’s game!? He’s playing way better than last season
