Description
Just going off The Athletic article from Chris Johnston of players on the trade block. I'm paraphrasing, but it essentially says Philly is open to anything and everything with regards to Frost. I know that doesn't mean they'll giving him away for free, but I have no idea what value they'd expect in return.

I'm just throwing a bunch of value trades; you could always mix and match the assets. But I see a 0% chance MTL sending a 1st rd pick.

From the Habs perspective, only a 1 for 1 trade Jordan Harris vs Morgan Frost would make sense

York is one of their top 4LD, i doubt they want another 5'11 190 guy, prob want more size if anything.

I hope you're right. But it's debatable. Frost had a "breakout" season last year (19goals 46pts season...) Sure he's been moved down the depth chart and is struggling. But there would be a market for Forst for sure. Lots of "rebuilding" teams would "take a flyer" on him. Wouldn't surprise me if MTL would have to up the bid.

But with Newhook out 10-12 weeks.... I see Frost as a perfect replacement project. Only issue is Frost's contract. If it doesn't work out, another dud contract next year at $2.1mil would suck.
      CBA liked this.

Probably. I don't see them being opposed to Left shooting Dmen though. They could ask for Struble instead, but that would be a tough one to let go. but it would be hard to argue against, value wise.

They have York and Sanheim playing on the same pairing
Having Harris with Ristolainen could make the 2nd pairing while Zamula plays on the 3rd pairing with probably a vet (big physical old washed up vet)
