If Gibson came out today and demanded a trade publicly, you might get there by upgrading the pick to a 2nd.

But for an asset we don't want to move, that's a rather ho hum offer. Replacement lesser goalie, a pretty meh goalie prospect, an overage having trouble cracking a NHL roster, and a couple mid picks just isn't compelling. At the end of the day, we'd be sending over a difference maker, and this offer doesn't have anyone who even has the potential to be that.

Maybe we could get away without trading a 1st rounder...but would need to be significant piece in there.

I don't know Anaheim's needs, so hard to address directly.
Maybe one of Gritsyuk, Hameenaho, Filmon, Vilen, Orlov, Foote, etc tickles them.
Or Schmid.
