Jets have less than zero need for Seeler, so no

Your likely, not getting a retained Lindholm for that

If you look at the Cap Space area you will see why Schmidt needs to be included in any 2C trade proposal

Jets also have less than zero need for Stanley...why not get someone who is actually physical for the playoffs for basically nothing?

I think the Lindholm offer is competitive but if retention is the issue, I simply wouldn't do 50%.

The cost to move Schmidt scares me. If it's reasonable, then pull the trigger, but I am not moving him for a 1st or something like that.

Add him the the Lindholm trade
… 1st, 3rd, Lucius, Schmidt, and Stanley should get it done for an unretained Lindholm
- works out to be 1st + Lucius for Lindholm and 3rd + Stanley for taking Schmidt

Trading Stanley would be to get him a better opportunity elsewhere, and to open up cap, and a roster spot for Chisholm and/or Heinola, so a draft pick should be the return.

Rentention for Lindholm would likely mean sending Calgary the Montreal 2nd, not a late 3rd. Plus they may want a roster player in return to fill the missing lineup spot

Agree about Chisholm, but Heinola should be on the table for RHD upgrade… there’s no room for him in WPG
