Tbh idk if Blues shop him if they did what they want back but as a good of a start as any I guess.

Doesn't fill any need for us. Kuzmenko is an offensive winger who isn't shooting at 27% this year and apparently is not good defensively and we already have Kyrou on our team. Raty isn't a need because our prospect pool is forward heavy.
