Sabres have like 6 LD that are NHLers in the pipeline, 4 are in the NHL now. No space, but he is a prototype of what that need, if he was a RD and top 4

Depends on whether you think they are p,laying good defense. Power and Dahlin go LD/RD and IMO the pairings aren;lt wiorking out. I like Johnson, but Ginning would probably be a younger, better option than Stillman at this point, and maybe a better fit for what they need (than Noikovov? sp?) and probably only behind Samuellson, Dahlin and Johnson in 24-25 at LD. Hes a solid stay at home guy, but ultimately I think you're over estimating Krebs worth.

Krebs is a 4th/5th yr pro, stuck behind 3 better centremen with a plethora of younger and higher ceiling prospects Kulich, Ostlund, Savoie, with plenty of youth and prospects at wing. with 58 pts in 190+ nhl games or 4+ yrs. Krebs probably doesn;t get much 3C time EVER in BUF. So a solid stay at home 2 round pick and a 4th and a 5th is IMO his worth. I think you'd get a 2nd at best for Krebs in terms of a pick, but really hes easily replaceable in BUF.

Ginning is already 24, is he ready next year ? If not he could be 26 and a UFA.

He only came over last yr, he played 68 AHL games last yr and had a great yr for a stay at home guy, 38 games in this yr, and AHL team is pretty meh, with not good defense. Hes got the size, and international experience, hed be a nice callup next yr, better option than stillman and cheaper (more needed) than bryson, nice 4th LD
