Ferraro is on a great contract and is a heart and soul player that can really thrive in the playoffs. I can't see him being traded for any less than a 2nd and a B+ prospect. I haven't seen anything about Honka that's appealing enough for the Canes to sweeten the deal with him.

That’s fine, and I mentioned I think the Canes would even add more here. The point is Ferraro is the target and think they would pay for him (like they did with Skjei and Trocheck).

I'd love to see Burns and Ferraro on a d-line together again. Especially now that Ferraro's game has matured a ton.
