This is for the off-season. Soon as it kicks in, Dallas can have the luxury of having this beauty for the full 8 years

Willy would have just waited to the off-season to sign with a new team if he didn't want to stay in TOR. and now that his full NMC is in place.... he is going nowhere.

I know but I guess it’s wishful thinking. 11.5M in cap space going into next season would be much more valuable to this team than he is.
