Nash needs Center and RD prospects or players close to playing full time in the NHL. If they're trading Saros they want a core piece back. The reports from last year about the TDL were that Nashville was asking for two of Byfield, Clarke, or Kaliyev, a 1st Rd pick, and a fourth asset. I'm sure the asking price has dropped because of the past year, but Nashville still wants a top prospect as part of the return.

Spence would be the guy most likely not Clarke.

    Byfield isn’t going anywhere.

Kaliyev should be apart of the deal.

Spence/Roy, Kaliyev and a pick or 2 depending on if a 1st is involved is my guess.

Kaliyev and Spence wouldn’t be the pieces NSH would have interest in in a Saros deal. They would just look elsewhere if that’s the best they can get from LAK.

I'm gonna go ahead and say Roy is a nice piece and certainly one the Preds would like, but not one they would want on this deal. He doesn't fit the timeline of their "rebuild/retool". I could see Spence being a part of the deal, but I don't know how Trotz views his upside. I'm sure they're also interested in someone like Turcotte who's around the same age and has a fair amount of upside.

The fact that some of these guys will also need new contracts is probably an issue too. I don't think Trotz would want to trade for a guy who hasn't played a game for us and then have to worry about getting them extended the same season

I can see lizotte being the odd man out and keep Turcotte to be honest.

Like Vilardi Turcotte is coming into his own now and as long as he stays healthy should remain in the NHL. I’ve really liked his play.

But if the deadline passes and nothing changes and kings go out in the 1st round or not even make the playoffs. Blake is gone and a new GM could possibly come in and want to make a few moves to improve the team in which case maybe Turcotte’s name may pop up in trade rumors for the right player in return
