Description

Well, first of all, in order to be able to address any needs, you need cap space. in order to do that, I believe moving Campbell's contract is the way to go. He's been playing way better than when he was first sent down, so the cost will be less. And, also, his contract is buyout friendly.

Either Edmonton pays a price do dump him, or, they wait until the offseason to buy him out. Either way, moving on from him is needed and inevitable.

Bourgault doesn't have a 1st round value, his stats don't support that, it will also take the value of 4-5 2nd rounders to move Campbell so a 2nd tier prospect and 2 3rds just won't be enough
Also Minny isn't in the market to buy players out
