i agree with you but IMO its only 1.5m and it would / should open up a roster spot for Iorio who is going to be NHL ready next year. Bear should also be moved in the offseason

Yea I guess. To me personally it's more or less a trade neither team should do. I think WSH is able to move him without retaining to some other team, albeit for a bit smaller return, meanwhile DAL should be looking for something bit more substantial than what they already have, they should get who is a clear upgrade over Lundkvist or Hakanpää, not a marginal upgrade.
