Why does anyone want Parayko? He has average to below average anayltics, sucks offensively and makes a ton of money. For 4 mil ill take him as a rental for a 2nd or 3rd rounder, thats it. All this for 7 years is brutal

Blues fans will get mad at this but its true, sorry. If you traded him youd agree with me

Yeah let's retain 6 1/2 more years of Parayko at 2 mil AAV!

Leafs will give you a crap return and tell you how awful he is just so they can justify the turd sandwich they're giving you!

But Leafs fans will continue creating Parayko to Leafs CFACGMs every half hour!

Nobody is saying he's bad. His contract sucks and you know that. No other team in the NHL will be willing to give up what we are for him which is why they'll accept. Calling a 1st round pick, Robertson and Hirvonen a turd sandwich is crazy considering their potential and value. Next time maybe don't sign a bad contract. Maybe give me your trade proposal?

A late 1st, a small forward who can't stay in one piece and a B prospect that is the exact opposite of what the Blues are looking for does NOT get you a genuine 1RD with 12M of retention. Your garbage offer doesn't even come anywhere near paying for just the retention.

You guys still haven’t proposed an offer. That’s how I know you guys hop on this website just to argue because you think you know everything lmao. I’ve been right with lots of trades in the past so Ik how to value players. You can’t make me feel wrong because you’re too attached to your top defender. Lets not forget that you guys are also in a retool which can take another 2-3 years. It’s best for the Blues to trade Parayko now. no one else will make what the Maple Leafs are offering. And that’s on you guys for having to retain 12M. Next time give your defender a better deal for your org.
