What makes you think Bertuzzi would want to play for Detroit? He also has had multiple injuries over the years which has me questioning if he's going to be worth any more then what I want to give him. Also can't see him returning to Boston since they will be losing their star players and their cap situation. Also, I want a source on that Detroit deal

Jarnkrok scored 20 goals this year which is comparable to a player who only had 1 good season. Tippet isn't really a defensive threat and he only played well for 1 season which is why his worth isn't any higher. Jarnkrok isn't a bad player. he's also good defensively which is what the Flyers lack. Also, the Flyers are in a rebuild.

understandable if it was 4M but 6M is a huge risk. You dont want another Mikheyev or Garland situation. if he doesn't play well then that's another L for the Canucks. Makes more sense to not overpay him and then if he's playing higher then what he's worth then that's a bigger W for the organization

because their not the smartest franchise especially when it comes down to acquiring players. they still have a chance of making the playoffs. if they trade Myers and acquire a new defender. They're not in a rebuild. they are in a re-tool.

Sabres gave Lyubushkin almost 3m. Schenn is better then him so I'd say this is fair. Knies has never played an NHL game so no he will not be playing on the 2nd line. Lafferty is a 3rd and will be replacing Engvall because he is better then Engvall

Idk if you are aware that there is something called hockey insiders who have reported that it is likely for the salary cap to raise by 4M possibly even 5M. I know the salary cap doesn't really matter to you because either way your team isn't going to make the playoffs.
