Not sure if the value is there on either of these deals but I wanted to see if I could keep Detroit in the hunt while retooling. Detroit likely has to add to the Carolina deal to get it done. Also I would think the 4th may need to be a 3rd or 2nd to get the third team to retain for this year plus two more years.
