Description
Have really like Attard's game and I would possibly consider trading Zamula personally if Andrae or Attard make the lineup. TK deal feels hard to construct, used Lindholm as a comparable for value even if not a perfect one.

If we are trading Konecny we better be getting something better than a 1st in the late teens to mid twenties, 4th and 2 mid prospects while retaining 50%.

I would say a better comparable for Konecny is the Fiala trade. 1st (19th) and Faber (who was at the time an ok top 4 potential d) Wild was also forced to trade Fiala because they couldn't sign him so add something on top of that because Flyers still have leverage.

That's a good point, Fiala probably is a better comparable. What teams do you think would offer a similar package?

Colorado could be in the market for TK and they still have their 24 1st and 26 1st, but assuming the trade happens next deadline it would have to be the 26 1st and along that you can possibly get the guy they will draft depending who they pick with their 24st if they don't trade that pick, but Calum Ritchie would be a nice prospect to get along the 26 1st.

Maybe they could get another asset depending on the trade market, but 26 1st and Ritchie isn't a bad base for a trade. Ritchie also adresses the center issue they have and could have top 6 potential.

There are other teams that could be in on TK, but this is just one example.

How do the Flyers "still have leverage" when Konecny is a lame duck?

For that very reason, Fiala is absolutely NOT a comparable because he was a RFA when Minnesota had to trade him.

All that being said, Konecny is a very fine player but Los Angeles has more important fish to fry.
