Why would Carolina get worse with a KK buyout and let Pesce go to only have Jarvis, Skjei, and Necas decline those deals since they're all underpayments?

I like Ferraro for Drury but I think the Canes need to add something.

Drury and a 2nd for Ferraro?

It won't happen soon, but the Sharks need to sign some solid top 4 D like Pesce and Skjei. Maybe Burns would even come back to SJ when his contract ends.
