Description

1- Draft the guy who can teleport a puck in the net from anywhere on the ice. (don't worry about his defensive flaws - we have the team and culture in place to fix that).

2- Leverage the cap space to sign a Vet for the top 6 or top 9 to be another "Perry" : Stamkos, Pavelski, Kane, Perron, Tatar and/or Perry himself

2- Send Anderson to the AHL to do his cardio there.

3- Play the kids, trade Savy and Dvorak at TD.

4- Sign Savy back for cheap during the summer to keep him as the 7th D and leader in the room.

5- keep drafting and developping.

6- Trade Matheson in the summer of 2025.

nope that kid wont be here for two more years (Eiserman) and perry is slow and done.. there is no future in perry... we will get better as our bad contracts age out and that is why it will take time. anderson, Gally and price are the long term ones but price at least we can sign other players with his hit... Armia is finding his form again and dvorak also only has one year left.. you phase out these players and insert Roy and Beck in their top nine places. You play gally and anderson one more yeaR And then you buy out one of them so you have room to play a young player... maybe Eiserman. Meanwhile Reinbacher and Hutson have played there one year in Laval and you traded Savard at the deadline. Maybe you move matheson after the season depending on how well the defense develop.
