No need to re-sign an aging Perron.

I have Seider at 8 years/8.7 mil AAV and Raymond at 8 years/7.5 mil AAV.

Lucas Raymond will get about 8 x $7,500,000 his AAV will come in slightly less than DeBrincats.

Mo Seider gets the Dylan Larkin deal at 8 x $8,700,000 some insiders have said that it might even come in a little less than Larkins at 8 x $8,600,000 instead.

They would have ~3.5 million to sign a Top 4 RHD if they buyout both Petry/Holl. If they keep Maatta, they still would be short 1 NHL caliber defencemen unless they believe one of their prospects is NHL ready.
