JVR would be nice but he'd cost more then nurse and nurse has been looking very good lately. I know it's a decent deak but I wouldn't shop nurse

If JVR was theoretically signed to 5x5.25 would you consider? Or is that price still too high?

Nurse can not be traded. He is the key to Oilers longevity as a powerhouse team. JVR would be great but he is also a LW. Oilers need RW. Nurse+ for Nylander?

That's cool. Just thought the Oil would be interested in offense, and with Nurse also needing a raise this offseason the pending contract JVR needs wouldn't be as big a deal. I know they need RW, but they could move Drai to the second with JVR and see if they work. I think it would be a really solid pairing.

As for the counter, as you suggest Nurse the the key for Edmonton, Nylander is one of ours. Need to keep our offense together. Only chance of Nylander or Marner being trading is for a legitmate #1. Nurse isn't that.
