20M$ instead of 21M$ - he probably gets to keep his domicile in TB - so his taxes remain the same.

If TB doesn't resign him - I'm sure MTL could make an interesting bid for him.

Montreal and Detroit are in my opinion the two front runners for him if he hits the free agency. A dark horse team is Nashville.

- Montreal have St-Louis and Lecavalier in their organisation, and don't forget PK Subban (is childhood & one of his best friend) who can sold to play with a team like MTL.

- Detroit have Yzeman and Lalonde, who both of them haved a great influence with him in Tampa. But if Yzeman decide to firing Lalonde if Detroit miss the playoffs, that's can't help them to sign Stamkos.
