Description

Lines I would run. We'll prolly go back to O-McM-O but I'd rather Ovi-Strome-Willy who actually have good numbers together this year. Shame Leonard didn't sign, but it makes sense and is probably the better long-term outcome.

Who knows what happens with the defense. Sandy and Jens could be back? Let's assume one of them misses at least game 1. In that case, McIllrath actually played decent (especially considering he played on his off hand for a bit) and I'd keep him in over Vinny for a little more defensive-mindedness.

Ovi’s best chance at being productive is with Strome. McMichael looked great between Pacioretty and Oshie, so I’d love to see them reunited.

Only two things I really care about is Ovi+Strome and the 4th line. The Pac-Lap-Milano line has actually been decent but I'm good mixing up the middle however.

I was pleasantly surprised by McIlrath but I think the fact that Iorio got the call before him is pretty indicative of the heirarchy there. I think its

Honestly I think that the coaching staff will recognize how well McIlrath played and give him a shot against the rangers. He will also take the Rempe burden off of Wilson.
