Description
This is partially what I expect to happen in the off-season. I'm not a big fan of re-signing Perron, nor giving Kane the contract he wants.
I'd also like to see Edvinsson and Seider as a first pairing, but I doubt that happens since Lalonde likes to keep his lines.

There's no way berggren I'd getting top 6 minutes, I'd be shocked if he's on the roster at the start of the season. If they do nothing on the blue line but Johansson it's gonna be a long season.

I mean if he's not on the roster he's not on the team lol.

Consequence of the pretty shotty roster management. Fixed.
Also, if Berggren isn't on the Red Wings roster, he isn't in the Red Wings system.

Also, Johansson is a significant upgrade to half the corpses they currently shovel out.

As you pointed out on my optimistic outcome post (and as I mentioned here!!!!), they have two near immovable contracts clogging up space on the blue line. They could have one ride the pine or waste buyout slots, but it's not like they have the cap to splurge on a defensive upgrade lol.
