Description

Before you throw heaven and earth at me, this is best case scenario. I doubt Reinhart is going to sign with New Jersey, but if he does, this is how it happens. If he doesn't I see them pursuing someone like Chandler Stephenson, or even Anthony Duclair. Also, with the Ullmark trade, the last time a goalie went for a premium was Cory Schneider in 2013, to what team? The New Jersey Devils. The reason why I am not putting in a first round pick is due to the actual situation in Boston. Swayman is asking for big money, and deservedly so. He wants north of 5, and with the numbers he had this year, I'm surprised he's not asking for more. I feel like the package is fair, a second, third, and a B+ prospect, that can become an A level prospect with some time. Kings fans, I don't know if you guys are going to resign Roy, and I would like your input regarding it being underpay/overpay or just right. Also, Rico back with the devils would be pure poetry. Again, this is BEST CASE SCENARIO.

Palat isn't waiving his NMC for Anaheim or any team for that matter.

Matt Roy will get 5 x $5,500,000 at minimal he's not signing that pathetic offer in New Jersey.

Sam Reinhart would remain in Florida for that offer, There's no way after a 57 goal season he's taking anything less than $9,000,000 to $9,500,000 for 7 to 8 years.

Boston will get a far better offer for Linus Ullmark than this, Especially if it comes with a long term extension.

Reinhart is in the range of 7.5-9.5, according to numerous sources, so I just split it right down the middle. Devils can offer 9.5. All of this makes sense, besides Roy. If that's the case, go get Brendan Dillon for the same money. Again, what did I say? BEST CASE SCENARIO. Maybe read the description once in a while.

Thanks for letting me know! Don't watch many Kings games, so don't know how good he is. If he's worth the 5 million dollar price point, someone will definitely pay it. A team like Toronto would make so much sense considering they get a good amount off the books this summer.
