    The Flames and Sabres have been scouting each other.

    Evander Kane, Benoit Pouliot, Sam Reinhart, Josh Gorges, Robin Lehner and Chad Johnson have been in the rumor mill of late.

    The Flames have been looking for some depth at forward, and there have been some reports that they might be willing make a move involving their blue line.

    No way.


    As to the original proposal, it doesn’t do much to fix Buffalo.
    Lazar has already failed on two teams, why would we be any different?
    A cap dump in Brouwer
    An ok goalie prospect (What do we need him for?)
    Kylington is the only thing worth interest
    A 4th is a throw away pick

    We’d need to work on this

    Only way CGY can get Kane is if Brodie is in the deal. Other teams with more picks can easily outbid CGY otherwise
