    Quality before quantity. Even though the assets you offer are good, there's no way ARI would give out one of the greatest d-prospects ever in NHL away, if the return isn't a NHL star player.

    What comes to the title... Getting Rasmus... Kupari, maybe? That would be much more realistic.

    I agree with you on the bulk of this, but it ultimately depends on what draft pick the rangers end up with. For example, if they end up with the number 3-6 pick overall, three first rounders (including the pick thats 3-6) should be more than enough to get the number one overall. For instance, the last times 1st overall picks were traded, it was a 3rd overall pick and a third rounder for the first overall. Given the hype has changed in the cap era (last time was before crosby) with the number one overall so it could change.

    I honestly think that if arizona gets the number one overall they will pull the trigger on an OEL trade since they'll have dahlin cheaper and for longer since OEL is UFA at the end of next year
