Description
I think this is a pretty versatile team, it has a great mixture of vets and youth and a lot of different skill-sets that can be mixed and matched to find the perfect chemistry..

The Seabrook for Eriksson, Gagner and Del Zotto deal is interesting.. Gagner once again fell off a cliff, however it would be interesting to see if there is still chemistry between him and Kane like there was many moons ago back in London. If not Gagner would still be a legitimate role player that can contribute in the bottom 6 - you can also never have too many centers.. Loui Eriksson I feel could use a change of scenery, he was excellent in Boston only a few years ago. Of course not so great in Vancouver, however Vancouver isn't "so great" as a team either. And Del Zotto is a guy that really has no place in Vancouver either, he's just a depth defenseman but that's what the Hawks need... Either way Vancouver can free up some cap space by shipping all three out in exchange for the Hometown boy Seabrook... Obviously Seabrook is the best player in the deal but and i figure Vancouver would rather have Seabrook than Ericksson, Gagner and Del Zotto collectively.. Who knows tho??

Alright, now to the trade I will probably get flamed on... Anisimov and Duclair for Savard.... Well, why not? it's not like Savard is any more valuable than Anisimov, not to mention toss Duclair in there and that is a solid return for Savard, I think if that trade was pulled off all players involved would help their respective teams in areas they're lacking.... As far as skill and cap Anisimov and Savard offset one another.

Besides, the Hawks don't need Anisimov - he's a very good player but he's just not needed - especially when the Hawks have Victor Ejdsell who is basically an Anisimov clone..

Besides Columbus fans know what they're getting in Anisimov, and perhaps they can pair him up with Panarin again in Columbus and have 2/3rds of the AK47 line...

Flame away......

Sebrooke isnt what he use to be and his contract is even worse tban ericssons so i think they tell you no. Does columbus want more marginal forwards.
