Description
This team will be bad. It's unavoidable. I don't want Kenny going after any big free agents or doing anything else stupid. It's time to just run out some of the awful contracts

DET could have such a quick rebuild if they didn't have so many 3 and 4 year terrible contracts. Larkin and Mantha are dynamite. At some point may have to consider selling BIG on Larkin

I don't think AA is anything super but I'd rather just have him than the pick. He is an exciting and skilled guy so maybe he gets a little better

I agree 100% and actually do think he has the tools to be an impact player. I just don't think Detroit sees him that way and would be super surprised to see him with the team next season

I'd rather not do that. Look at Montreal trying to find a top end center. I think you lose that trade 9 times out of 10. I think it's bet to let contracts play out. My biggest fear with Holland staying on board is he hands out more awful deals. You have Kronwall, Howard and Nyquist coming off after next year, who knows how many more years Zetterberg plays and then Ericsson comes off the year after and they'll probably trade Daley. Roughly $28 mil freeing up plus a rising cap
