No do none of that. This is a team that was 1 season away from being a 2nd round team. The defence was awful but not because of the players (Klefbom was injured, Larsson had an awful personal year, Sekera was MIA for half the year, Benning didnt improve as much as expected). This is a team that needs to gain 1-2 (Grabner & a Nash maybe) more wingers who can add depth to an embarrassing offense.

How many unrealistic trades do you see where you see people making nothing but cap dumps. Thinking you can just trade a 6th round pick for Sekera. We have toooo many LHD. With the over price on sekera and Russell you can't move them. I'm not giving up nurse on any deal. You think edmonton is getting a 1St and a high end prospect. I really doubt it. Especially with chiapets track record. We get a versatile forward who has the speed to burn with mcdavid. You gotta move one of these guys. And he's going to be it. It will happen this offseason. Another jersey I bought will be added to the traded off the team list.
