I'll be honest, I didn't know what Carolina was asking for. That's a really high ask though I don't think there's any way they get that unless someone is super desperate at the trade deadline. But with Engvall, Lievo and Pickard they're getting a good prospect and two solid NHLers.

With all the **** going on with Karlsson and in Ottawa in general right now, I can't see teams offering much more than 2 firsts.

Skinner could be fun but there's no room on the wings. Johnsson deserves more icetime, at least to show if he can produce at this level. And if he can, they're getting 70-80% of Skinner's production at a fraction of the price. Maybe more.

Karlsson is kind of funny. In theory it should take a lot to acquire him but who has the assets and the cap space to actually do it?
