Description
Fenton making the larger move here with who he's the most familiar -- his old team. Might be unlikely Nashville is willing to take on cap hit of Ennis if they want to bring back all their free agents, but if it could work, it would open up enough space to re-sign Winnik or another bottom line guy if the Wild want to send Kunin/Greenway to the AHL to develop.

Not sure on the value of the NSH trade, but I'd be pretty happy if we got Hartman. I don't know anything about Craig Smith but his stats look fine. NSH seems pretty tight on cap so the Wild might have to retain some of Ennis' salary in this trade.

Highly doubt a trade of that caliber happens involving two divisional opponents.

As a Nashville fan, not interested in Ennis. Smith for Niederreiter may be worth exploring but Hartman won't be going the other way. We just massively overpaid for Hartman at the trade deadline, and I don't think Poile's valuation of him has changed.
