    I think MTL says no, LAK maybe, and CAR a big YES!

    I think MTL does this deal, they get a 1/2C whos 24 and under contact for 3 more years/ an B+ LW prospect/10OA/ and a B+ D prospect. LA deal is kinda of a wash, fits a need for both team. CAR trade i personally like, we get a much ded RW that can play with Connor or Drai, CAR gets a Top 4 D and a 3C.

    I just think Patches + 3rd OA is worth way more than RNH + 10th OA, and I'm not sure the other guys make up the difference.

    I also think Klef > Lindholm, and the Oilers need to improve their blueline.

    I think Benson and Caleb Jones definately make up the difference, they are very good hockey prospects. Departing with Klef sucks, but we already have a logjam on LD and need RW desperately.

    I mean, I get that Klefbom probably sits in the middle of this group, but yeah, seems like a position of strength for the Canes right now. They're also pretty strong when it comes to 3rd line caliber centers. The team needs a starting goalie, and a top line center. Not another defenceman and a guy who had one good season 4 years ago.
