They've got a guy with a very inconsistent record and serious injury concerns, albeit with high end skill, on an expiring contract. I don't think they're getting much more than that if they want to move him. Maybe a 1st instead of a second, but a middle 6 forward, B prospect and a pick is about the right value.

They might be able to adjust the pick conditional to a re-sign, but he has a limited NMC, they’re not going to get “fair value” in a trade if they do move him.
