I think Seguin would be really mad to be moved back to wing and wouldn't resign with us. Then we lose a whole bunch of goodness for nothing.

What about subbing Konecny and Myers for Patrick and have Seguin fill in there? (I'm bored at work so don't mind me)

I wouldn't make the change you're suggesting. The deal you have above is fair I suppose. Dangles makes a good point about the center/wing issue. I think they could accommodate him at center with Couturier and Patrick though. The issue is Seguin is a UFA and will be looking at huge dollars after this coming season. Is Seguin the type of star the Flyers should be committing to? Would the Stars feel the motivation to trade Seguin when they should have no problem re-signing him?

I don’t like giving up those young guys for him especially when Konecny could easily be a 30+ goal guy if he gets a full season with Couts and G.

We can wait and if Seguin or Panarin go to FA then try and get them.
