Taking on Ryan for TBL oh and getting Trouba

So NJ receives Pacquette, Ryan and those 2 2019 draft picks? Did I read that write. I don't see NJ helping to facilitate any such deal. Furthermore, there is no way, even with retaining some money, Jets would take on Zajac and Severson when they need to resign Laine and Wheeler after this season. There just won't be enough money.

It is only one 2nd and it goes to Ott from Tampa. I was too lazy to make multiple ACGM threads to show the trades, so I sent everything to the Devils from each and then to where they were being sent as apart of the three-way trade. I do see the Devils helping to broker a deal, Shero likes to use cap space as an exploit. That is how MoJo came over.

The thinking on the Jets trade, was Trouba is gone at some point and Severson has a lesser cap hit, coming with a mid prospect in Bastian, and Zajac at a reduced cap hit is a great depth center. However, as you said the money is tight, but I think they would be able to make it work, even if the details of that trade needed to be adjusted.

Your 3-way trade, as most are, is confusing when it is done on one AGM on here. Perhaps Capfriendly finds a way to make the viewing of such deals easier for fans. As for the Jets, based on my math, and who knows what Morrisey will sign for, they will be cash-strapped hard, so hard in fact they may not be able to resign Wheeler as it is. So perhaps if the most expensive pieces in any deal were Trouba and Severson, you could find something that'd work, but there is no way the Jets would take on Zajac, unless perhaps Little was going the other way.

Hopefully, this helps? makes it worse? It would be nice to have a better way to do a 3way on here.

All good points on the Jets trade, I personally would opt on keeping Zajac if it meant Little coming back this way and reworking something else.
