This isn't anything crazy but Jean Sebastian Dea (pronounced like the letter D) was claimed today by Ray Shero. He was tenth in game played for Wilkes Barre and was a solid player in the AHL and did not look too bad in NHL action. I just hope Devil's fans, New Jersey and Binghamton, enjoy and appreciate him. He is a hard worker, has good positioning, and can really pass the puck. He may never make the big league but he should be given a shot. That is all, have a good one New Jersey and good luck on your season.

By rule, they kind of have to give him a shot. He has to stay on the roster for 30 days. Now, whether he sees any game time is another story, but if he's up, might as well give him a few games to see what he can do.

If they waive him, the Pens can reclaim him and send him to Wilkes Barre without having to use waivers.
