Lots of rumors out there. Never saw anything on Skinner being in play. If that was the case it’s understandable why Canes declined. Though had they taken it and drafted Barzal-Boesser-Conner it would have looked great now.

B’s had 3 firsts and 3 2nds. I heard they offered 3 of the picks to move up. Once Hanifin and Werenski came off the board they stopped looking to move up.

I guess Hanifin would be a good Chara replacement when he retires. Skinner fits well on 2LW too.
