Interesting idea, but I think the Sabres still say no. Reinhart has established himself as a 50 point guy who will continue to develop, hopefully into a consistent 65 point guy. This trade poses an unnecessary risk for the Sabres as there is no guarantee Sprong nor the picks will pan out.

Interesting to see what PIT does. The guys they would like to trade won’t bring back a haul in return (Rust, Maatta). Best assets are their 1st, Sprong and Jarry. If I’m the Pens I wouldn’t move the 1st this year though
