    Don't think Dallas would mess up their team by getting rid of three or four regulars....especially for the never ending contract of Jordan Staal (and his play too)

    There's only one regular in there. We've been trying to hide Hemsky in the lineup. Gives us a chance to bring Ritchie up.

    Well Hemsky probably isn't much worse than Staal and his contract ends 6 years sooner. Bring up Ritchie and put Hemsky in AHL (he'll clear waivers) and the Stars would still be better off.

    You are under rating Staals defensive abilities which Hemsky has none. Staal is an upgrade on Eakin. Albeit an expensive one but he is a lot better than you are leading on.

    No idea if that guy knows who Hemsky and JStaal are based on that kind of comment. Yeesh.

    Anyway, If the Stars managed to pull this off they might not lose another game lol. Eakins is a very good 3rd line center but Staal is elite defensively and his offense is going through a lull but is very good as well.
