Might as well keep Poehling and this 1st rd and wait a couple years... Pacio will get traded by TDL I don't think there will be any future sold with him.

I think if Detroit were to move Mantha it would be in a separate deal, and not tied with Green's contract. To me the 2nd round pick doesn't make up for what Detroit is giving up. Galchenyuk > Mantha, but Green >> Benn. I don't think Detroit wants a 30 year old dman that really isn't any different than a Jonathan Ericsson. Detroit needs to get young and this doesn't do it for them.

No way are the Wings giving up Mantha for that. They are loser in this trade. Mantha could net you a good #2 d-man not a J. Benn. Foolish

Habs say no to EDM trade. Pacioretty always has a better 2nd half of the season. Can still put up 30 goal this year and Poehling is our top prospect killing the NCAA and you want us to add a first in a very deep draft? No chance
